Who We Are
IHTS is a factory authorized TV servicer for most major TV manufacturers including Sony, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Samsung, Pioneer, Sharp, Philips, and LG. We are located in the Twin Cities and provide on-site repair to the entire metro area as well as outlying cities including St. Cloud, Mankato, and Rochester.
Company History
In Home Tech Solutions Inc. was founded in April of 2006 with the purpose of continuing fast, high quality electronic repair service in the Twin Cities metro area following the closure of Fast Trak Electronics. We brought over 70 years of combined experience from Fast Trak and continue to streamline and perfect the in-home TV repair process.
Our Goals
Our focus is to complete service in the home on the first trip, minimizing down time and inconvenience for our guests. We can accomplish industry leading turn-around times by staffing knowledgeable call-screeners who are able to forsee a potential need for parts that are required to complete the repair prior to scheduling the call. We know that having your TV repaired correctly and quickly is very important and we do everything we can to accomodate that.
