We’ll come to your home or business and stay there until the job is done. The average home service call takes about 1 – 1.5 hours to complete. Additional time may be required if there are complex issues or multiple computers to fix. On-site technicians may negotiate a fixed rate if the computer can be returned to our shop to avoid excessive onsite hours.
